The food was good and the service. The pool was perfect for the kids.

The space in our bedroom was a little small when you have 2 kids. Our bed had 2 mattress so it was no comfortable to have the separation in between.

Aamzing children play facilities, state of art. Initially had a couple of minor issues but Vlado, the assistant manager sorted them quickly and very professionally. Very good breakfest. Great choice and freshness. Large and very well kept swimming pool

Everything is great except the room service.

Lovely place to stay, great food and good service.

The property offers lovely rooms, clean space, great pool and great access to the beach. The buffet was really good as it changed from day to day so you wasn’t eating the same meal all of the time.

The property is located at the other side of Dubruvnik but the staff gave us a map, bus numbers and times so that it was easy to access old town.

Excellent weekend gateway

Its the best place if you want to relax with your family for a long weekend - everything is available in the property itself; food, indoor activities, outdoor activities, massage, pool, beach, shopping souvenir.

The room facility can include - Cattle, bottle of water and complimentary tea / coffee - this was not available in the room and lack of room service.

A place for a Great vacation both hotel and Dubrovnik

The room was newly renovated and was really nice and clean. The view even if it was on 1st floor was really nice with trees, sea and the bridge . The breakfast and dinner buffets was plentiful and there was enough variation between the days. Pool area was clean and peaceful

Great view from the hotel. we had breakfast, brunch and dinner option included, which we enjoyed very much. quite a big restaurant. also big swimming pool. the part of sea beach was quite cool.

Nice hotel with no entertainment for kids, don’t trust photos you see

The hotel is recently renovated and really nice. We enjoyed the meals, the view, the location and the pool area. The staff is friendly and trying their best so you’d enjoy your stay.

Attention everyone: The photos of the facilities that you see here are not real, it’s just 3d-visualisation renders. Our biggest disappointment was there is NO PLAY AREA FOR KIDS and 0 activities/entertainment program for them. If we knew that, we would choose another hotel or even another destination as we are a family with 2 small kids, so kids club was the main priority for us. In the description they say that the kids club will open in June 2023, but it’s a lie as our check out was on 20th of May 2023 and the building of the kids club is still under construction (basically concrete everywhere). We still think this hotel has a great potential once the kids club is open otherwise we found it overpriced and not suitable for the families like us.

Overall pleased with Hotel as a whole

Good value for money. Hotel area, pool, and surroundings well kept and overall pleasent environment. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food good, and well worth the price.

Strange anomaly on one evning when there was no water at the dinner serving, only drinks that would cost extra, with no opportunity to charge to room bill. This was however only one night and probably reverted based on feedback.
